Name the calculator or guide, the inputs you used and the result you expected. We check every report against the official source and fix confirmed errors.

What we cannot help with
We are not an estate agent, mortgage broker, bank, law firm or government authority, so we cannot provide:
- personal financial, legal or tax advice, or whether you should buy, sell or borrow
- mortgage approvals, property listings, valuations or introductions to agents and banks
- disputes with a landlord, developer, agent or bank: these go to the relevant authority
For a fee on your own transaction, the Dubai Land Department, your bank or a registered conveyancer can confirm the exact figure.
