The calculators and guides on Dubai Numerics give general estimates and explanations based on the figures you enter and on published fees and rules. They are not financial, mortgage, legal, tax or investment advice, and they do not take your personal circumstances into account.

Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, rent, borrow or invest. Decisions you make remain your own.

We take statutory and regulatory figures from official sources, such as the Dubai Land Department, Dubai legislation, the Central Bank of the UAE and the Federal Tax Authority, and record the date each was last checked. Fees and rules can change without notice, and a change may not yet be reflected on the site.

Where the site and an official source differ, the official source applies. Charges set by banks, agents, developers and other providers vary, and the site does not assume them.

Before you sign a contract, make a payment or rely on a figure, confirm the costs for your own transaction with the Dubai Land Department, your bank, agent, developer, conveyancer or another qualified professional.

Dubai Numerics is independent. We are not an estate agent, mortgage broker, bank, law firm or financial adviser, and we are not affiliated with the Dubai Land Department or any government authority. Using the site, or contacting us, does not create a client or advisory relationship.

The site is provided free of charge and as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its calculations or its content, including errors, omissions or out-of-date information.
